For a century, it has ensured the reliability of timekeeping. For countless ages, it has sparked creativity and inspired enchanting tales of wonder, while, as the most common mineral in the entire lithosphere, it makes up 12% of the total mass. Transparent yet containing all the shades of the mineral world, its crystals have the property to diffract light and reveal its spectrum. These characteristics resonate with three themes that our ensemble deeply values: rigor ; the intertwining of the extraordinary and the ordinary; chromatic and spectral variation.
